"The Mural Process"
Step
One :
First, I will meet with you or speak with you by phone
(if distance is a problem for a first meeting).
Once the theme is determined, a rough sketch is
drawn up.
For the "Rainforest Room", the client's daughters chose a jungle
theme as this was to be their special playroom.
Step Two:
An approximate estimate will be provided 2-5 days after our meeting.
Upon approval of the sketch and price, a $250 non-refundable
deposit is then due. (This fee will apply to the final price)
We will then decide on an aprox date to begin work.
(arrangements for travel and accommodations can be discussed as well)
At which time I will give you a written estimate and colored pencil sketch.
For an additional fee, I can provide you with a more detailed water color rendering of the proposed design, if such a design is needed.
Step Three:
Once all changes, if any, are made to the designs and the drawings
are to your satisfaction a date will be scheduled for painting.
The $250 deposit is then applied toward the total cost of the mural.
Step
Four:
50% of the total cost is due on the first day painting begins.
Additional charges will be added if any changes are made by the client after work has begun.
The remaining balance is due upon
completion of the mural.
